Perception Neuron provides support via email by sending a message to contact@neuronmocap.com. Please allow up to 48 hours for a response. Please note that our support is limited to the Perception Neuron hardware and software only. We do not support 3rd party software and hardware. Please contact those manufacturers' support department if you have any questions or go into our FORUM to discuss your issues with other users.

Support For 3rd Party Software

Perception Neuron does not provides support for 3rd party software. If you have any questions, we suggest you contact the makers of the software on their support page. As an alternative, you may also post your question in the forum and seek guidance from the community at large.
