Calibration is not successful

(Google translation)
"Some sensors calbrate failed,do you want to retry?"
I will fail even if I run it many times.
I am very embarrassed
I want to know the solution.

Hello,

We would suggest to surveying the area you are performing the calibration for all sensors. Use a Magnetometer app to check for values, anything below 40 micro teslas is ideal location to do the sensor calibration. If sensors are calibrated in a location that is not adequate, sensors will not pass the calibration process.

Thank you, you've been so helpful !!
It was Calibration successful.
it went well thanks to you !

Hello,
We have the same issue. But in France the terrestrial natural electromagnetic field is about 50 micro teslas. So we cannot be below 40 micro teslas. Have you got another solution to success the calibration?
Best regards,

@aribot,
in Axis Neuron and Axis Neuron Pro, under the parameters panel you'll find an option that says 'Anti-mag' If a location has a high magnetic interference you can disable the magnetometers on either the feet or entire body. You can start of by selecting the 'On-Feet' option which will ignore the magnetometer sensors, which are dependent on the environment.

NOTE: 50 Micro teslas should be a working area, possibly check for 'HOT SPOTS' for unwanted interference during capturing.

Hope this helps
