How bad is magnetic interference with the PN?

So I'm thinking about buying a PN for use in iClone but on the forums there folks say there are issues with magnetic sources (like speakers and, what, televisions?) intefering with calibration, causing "drift".  Folks also say it's helpful to buy the case that, I guess, shields the sensors from magnets and other things which can hurt, so I would do that, but I'm wondering what everyone's experience is with the suit and how they avoid such magnetic problems.

Is capturing outside a solution to this?  Or, perhaps, in my garage (where there aren't any electronics).  Is there a way to tell what problems I might face in my house?

TIA for any help.
